Once again, Bayern Munich are being destroyed by an international break. Just days after Kingsley Coman (knee and ankle) and Arturo Vidal (thigh) were injured while with their national teams, word coming out of the Netherlands camp following their match today is that Arjen Robben is potentially injured, too.
Robben was removed at halftime of the Netherlands World Cup Qualifier against Luxembourg due to “muscular complaints”, according to his manager Danny Blind.
Bondscoach Danny Blind: 'Robben had fysieke klachten. Sneijder gewisseld omdat we veld breder wilden houden.'

Robben was intentionally held out a friendly against Belgium in order for some additional training with Bayern in agreement with Blind. However, it was decided that he would be playing in the important Qualifier against Luxembourg. The Dutch did manage a 3-1 victory to pull into second place in the group.
There’s not a lot of details coming out yet as to the extent of any injury, so we’ll just have to wait and see. This could very well be a case of Robben recognizing something felt “off”, and he took it upon himself to leave the game.
It’s safe to say that this isn’t what Bayern wanted from this break.
Update: Bayern, for now, are saying that it was precautionary.
