The United States Men’s National Team has released their roster for upcoming friendlies against Cuba and New Zealand, and Bayern Munich’s Julian Green has been called up toe represent his nation once again.

While he’s yet to make an appearance with Bayern in the Bundesliga, Green has been a regular on Bayern’s game day squad as a substitute. Still, as players return from injuries (That is, of course, if Bayern can ever keep a complete squad healthy.), Green is likely to find himself on the outside of the squad looking in.

If Green gets any minutes for Jurgen Klinsmann’s team, he has to take complete advantage of them as he did this summer for Bayern in their friendly against Inter Milan in Charlotte, NC where he had a hat trick.

Fellow Bundesliga players John Anthony Brooks, Timothy Chandler, Fabian Johnson, Christian Pulisic, and Bobby Wood were also called up to the squad.

The United States will play Cuba in Havana on October 7 and New Zealand in Washington DC on October 11.
