It was a big day for the two Bayern Munich stars.

Thomas Müller and Robert Lewandowski put on Shows during their recent World Cup Qualifiers. Combining for five goals, the two helped Germany and Poland to important victories in their groups.

Müller grabbed a brace to lead Germany to a 3-0 victory over the Czech Republic. It’s a important result, less so for points considering they’ve only played two group games, because it certainly looked like Germany got a little bit of their mojo back.

There was also great news for Carlo Ancelotti as Jerome Boateng and Mats Hummels played an unbelievable match with their, quite frankly, perfect distribution out of the back and ability to cut out long balls and keep them away from the Czech forwards.

Over in Warsaw, Lewandowski scored a hat trick to lead Poland to a 3-2 victory over Denmark to keep pace at the top of a competitive group after the first two games. Lewandowski has struggled a bit in recent games for Bayern, so hopefully this will help him get back on track.
