Arturo Vidal scored his first Bundesliga goal in over four years with this strike

What a strike!

Arturo Vidal opened his Bayern Munich Bundesliga goal scoring account with a thundering strike against Darmstadt. After a few uneven performances to start the season, Vidal's goal should help ease some of the pressure being heaped on him.

Some well paid journalists are already speculating that Bayern overpaid for Vidal, and we're not even two months into the season. Refusing to acknowledge that it will take Vidal a little while to get comfortable in the midfield of a Pep Guardiola team.

The goal against Darmstadt was Vidal's first in the Bundesliga in over four years. His last one came as a member of Bayer Leverkusen way back in April 2011 in a win over Hoffenheim. This is his second goal for Bayern Munich, however. He scored a penalty back in FCB's DFB Pokal victory over Nöttingen.

Hopefully, this strike helps Vidal continue to settle at FC Bayern. His ability to boss the midfield will be huge for the club as they aim for another triple.
