Bayern Munich are wasting no time in finding another elite midfielder to replace the departing Bastian Schweinsteiger. According to a report out of Italy, FC Bayern and Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal have agreed to a contract that will see the Chilean move to Munich through 2019.
Corriere Dello Sport is reporting that Bayern and Vidal have agreed to a four year contract that will pay the Chilean €6.5 million a season. Currently, Bayern have offered Juventus €30 million, but the Bianconeri are holding out for €40 million for the midfielder's services.
Chilean paper La Cuarta are also reporting that Vidal has informed his family that he will be playing at Bayern next season. And, everyone's favorite Gianluca Di Marzio is reporting the same.

Vidal nearly made the move to Bayern in 2011, but Bayer Leverkusen Rudi Völler pushed Vidal to move to Italy instead of the Rekordmeister. The 28 year old has won the Serie A title four years in a row and helped lead Juventus to Champions League Final last season.
With Schweinsteiger off on his English adventure now, Vidal's presence in Bavaria will add a rather unexpected wrinkle to Bayern during the 2015-16 season. What this means for Bayern's midfield is anyone's guess.
