Barcelona earned a spot in the final on Tuesday, closing off a 5-3 aggregate victory over Bayern Munich to punch their ticket to Berlin. Now the Blaugrana will find out their opponent, Real Madrid and Juventus undertaking their second leg in the Santiago Bernabeu.
Juventus came out of the first leg with a 2-1 victory, Carlos Tévez draining a penalty to put Juve ahead in the second half. Real Madrid now face the same deficit they did against Bayern three years ago, a tie they were able to bring to extra time before Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka missed penalties to allow Bayern to advance.
Juventus have not reached a final in 12 years, and now they have to hold off the defending champions to do it.
