Early speculation regards the injury as a hamstring issue, though we will have to wait for official word from the club with regards to it's actual nature and it's severity. At this point, it's most likely just a pre-cautionary move from Pep Guardiola as Robben enjoyed several minutes of effective, yet subdued, play before being withdrawn and was loathe to leave the pitch.
For Robben to come out so early in a win-or-die game for Bayern Munich is a serious blow and despite the fact that Bayern lead by a goal and have a man advantage, this never is the situation a club wants to find itself in.
UPDATE:
According to the club, Arjen Robben has suffered a pinched nerve
