The glorious Allianz Arena will play host to Bayern Munich and Hertha Berlin on Saturday. The Bavarians will be looking for their thirteenth win of the Bundesliga season and trying to remain perfect through fourteen games. They have their work cut out for them with a feisty Berliner bunch coming to town.
Bayern will be entering the match on a high after beating Schalke 3-1 and Olympiacos 4-0. On paper, Hertha won't be a match for the firepower that the Bavarians can throw on the field. Even though Douglas Costa will miss the match through injury, Bayern still have the ability to send players with the quality of Arjen Robben and Kingsley Coman at Berlin's defense.
Hertha BSC sit in fourth place in the table ahead of such clubs as Borussia Mönchengladbach, Bayer Leverkusen, and Schalke. Unfortunately for Hertha, they've already lost matches this season to Borussia Dortmund, Wolfsburg, Gladbach, and Schalke. They've yet to play Leverkusen.
The most disappointing part of this matchup is that former FCB player Mitchell Weiser won't be playing. The 21 year old has picked up an injury that will keep him from playing in the match.
Once the lineups are released, this thread will be updated.
