Bayern Munich have the opportunity to remain perfect in the Bundesliga when the visit Eintracht Frankfurt for the Bundesliga's Friday match of the week. The Bavarians have won ten out of ten matches to dates and are clear favorites to make it eleven in a row.
With this being the fourth match out of the last five away from home, the club decided to travel to Frankfurt on Friday morning ahead of the night game. As Pep Guardiola said in his press conference, it will allow the players to spend another night with their families after so many away from home in recent weeks.
The club is also chasing the 100 goal mark for the season accomplished way back in the 1971-72 season by FC Bayern. To date, they are twelve goals ahead of the pace from the record-setting year. How many will they add to the total against Frankfurt?
Once the lineups are released, this thread will be updated.
