After the final training session in Munich before departing for Qatar, Holger Badstuber spoke with FCB.tv about his return from injury.
"The training session was very good, and personally it obviously felt great to be a part of team training again. I'm particularly pleased that I can cope with the full intensity of these sessions now. The treatment of my injury progressed according to plan and without any complications. The past examinations have shown that the wound has healed completely and the past days of training have confirmed these results. As a consequence, I can really focus on football again now, and I'm ready for the upcoming weeks of training."
