After Brazil cruised through their Group stage handily dispatching both Croatia and Cameeron, they struggled against a disciplined Mexico, which doesn't bode well up against a high pressing and defensive Chile. Meanwhile Chile did the dirty work of eliminating defending World Cup champions Spain before losing to the Netherlands in their final match of the group stage.

Colombia vs. Uruguay
4:00 PM EDT | SB Nation Preview
Location: Estadio do Maracana, Rio De Janeiro
Referee: Bjorn Juipers (Netherlands)
Television and Streaming
Colombia steamrolled through their relatively weak group behind the stellar play of James Rodriguez (which hello, can Bayern Munich buy you? Maybe?) and Juan Caudrado earning all nine points. Now they are up against a jekyll-and-hyde Uruguay who will be without their vampiric talisman. In their only group game without Luis Suarez, Uruguay were dominated in the second half by a surprising Costa Rica side before needing Suarez to bail them out late in their final two group games.
