With the first leg of this UEFA Champions League quarterfinal tie ending 1-1 at Old Trafford Bayern Munich need a win or 0-0 draw to advance to the semi-finals. A draw at 1-1 sees extra time. With a 2-2 draw or above Bayern Munich lose out on defending their treble. All of these are possible thanks to the glorious inventors of math, all praise be unto thee. All hail the imperious mathematicians!
