Players could still leave, though.

Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge gave an interview to ZDF. They discussed several things in the interview, and Bayern's activity in the upcoming January transfer window came up.

"In January, we will not be active in the transfer market, at least with regards to buying. Whether we give up players, you will have to wait."

I don't think anyone was expecting Bayern to be bringing in any players during this window, but we now have a definitive statement from the club that nobody will be joining. With Rummenigge leaving open the door on players leaving, this gives a little more credence to the rumors that Bayern are considering selling Xherdan Shaqiri and loaning Pierre Højbjerg.

Shaqiri's disgruntled and wants to leave to play more, according to pretty much every rumor that comes out these days. On the other hand, Højbjerg is at the stage in his career where consistent playing time is the most important thing for his development.

Do you think we're going to see Shaqiri or Højbjerg or both leave the club this winter?
