Jogi Löw calls up four Bayern Munich players for Euro 2016 qualifiers

They are who you think they are.

Germany manager Jogi Löw has named his squad that will face Poland and the Republic of Ireland in their upcoming Euro 2016 qualifiers. The two teams are level on points (3) with Germany after the first match of the gropu.

Four Bayern Munich players have made the cut. They are who you expected them to be: Jerome Boateng, Mario Götze, Thomas Müller, and Manuel Neuer. This is currently the full list of available Bayern players with Bastian Schweinsteiger and Holger Badstuber injured and Philipp Lahm retired.

One thing that stood out when looking at the roster on the official website of the DFB is that Germany are definitely turning the page to the younger players, or I'm getting quite old. Looking at the players year of birth, 11 of the 20 called up were born in the 1990s.

What are your thoughts on the squad?
