Imagine If....

Alexander Hassenstein

With less than 24 hours before the start of the 2013/2014 Bundesliga season, let's take a minute to reflect on what was, what is, and what shall be. Davis has a fantastic review/preview of what was, what is, and what should be from the Bundesliga team perspective, so to avoid stealing his should be thunder, lets just talk about was and is.

We all have come here because we support Bayern Munich (ok, maybe not all of us) and we want to talk and debate about this glorious treble winning team. But imagine for some reason, this team had never existed? Who would we have supported instead?

Would you be a Dortmund fan, fawning over whatever the hell that thing perched on Jurgen Klopp's head is (as an aside, I need to think of a new joke about Jurgen Klopp because this one is getting old)?

Would you be an 1860 München fan? Or a Werder Bremenite or a Hertha Berliner?

Or would you not be a fan of the Bundesliga at all?

To that end, lets take the next 24 hours to imagine this scenario and have a little fun before we delve into the season:

Imagine If tomorrow... Bayern Munich suddenly no longer existed. We're talking about Clarencing it. Going George Bailey in It's A Wonderful Life. Poof. Gone. Nada. Tschuess. We've never heard of it and it has never existed.Which Bundesliga team would you support? Vote and let us know why
