No use in blaming Robben, he had 2 errors in the late stages but he already knows that. I'm sure he feels awful. But honestly, for long stages of the game the whole club was absent. Ribery was adequate at best, Mueller had a few serious mistakes, Kroos had one or two dangerous shots but otherwise was anonymous. Other than Neuer and the defense, we just didn't do enough to win.
