Gomez looking decidedly non-oafish on that first one, although he can also credit some slack defending from Kaiserslautern. Mueller breaks his cols streak with a precise header as well. For the first time since van Buyten went down, we're consistently generating threats from set pieces.
The score could have been more emphatic, as we missed a few one-on-one chances in the second half, but overall we did everything we had to. BMG is crushing Schalke, and BVB also won, so Bayern will probably be in second place tomorrow.
