Can UEFA win FFP in the courts?

This article got me thinking

In some ways, I sorta agree with the professor in the sense that, if it went to court, it might get messy and UEFA might have to water down some punishments or cut a deal to save face. But at the same time, if memory serves me correctly, was the very idea of the FFP born from the big clubs? UEFA could not have presented FFP if there was a massive push back. I know that the Man City's and PSG's are repeatedly viewed as offenders, but we have to remember that (again, if memory serves me correctly) that Bayern and Man U and other big name teams who pushed for FFP to happen.

Besides, wasn't Malaga penalized and prevented from entering the CL because of FFP?

I think PSG and Man City will do some creative accounting and not be found in violation of FFP.

What do you all think?
