I have always liked Magath. While I don't agree with all of his training methods, I admire his disciplined work ethic and the way he makes the players perform on and off the pitch. I believe in strong discipline in a team sport like football. While overdoing it can be harmful, as the players need to have controlled fun once in a while, with just enough amount of discipline the team will perform at its best. I am not suggesting army-like methods. I just want everyone to take things more seriously. And JH has not been able to bring this out of the team. He is great in many ways, and if there was an all around test in coaching he would have gotten a 100 (am using U.S. college point system, with 100 being the most). But I have always felt the need of being more strict and in a sense harsh on our players, on all of them. No one comes above the team. If ANYONE from the team thinks he is more than he is, he should be punished.

Hopefully Sammer will bring this to the table. He looks like to be the kind of guy...
