Die Nationalelf battle the Italians for a spot in the final. The winner will take on Spain this coming Sunday.
Line-ups are announced, and the fans are taking their seats. Very loudly. For Germany:
Neuer, Hummels, Badstuber, Lahm, Boateng, Khedira, Schweinsteiger, Özil, Kroos, Podolski, Gomez
For Italy:
Buffon, Chiellini, Balzaretti, Barzagli, Bonucci, Marchisio, De Rossi, Montolivo, Pirlo, Balotelli, Cassano
So all the big guns are on board. Bastian's ankle is feeling good enough to go, our Front 4 are the same as in the early matches, and Italy is gambling on Balotelli's fragile emotional state. I don't want to sound over-confident, but that starting 11 for Germany looks damn near unbeatable. I guess my biggest fears are set pieces and the quick counter-attack. Just like a Bayern match.
