When I do not see random transfer rumors on Goal.com, I assume they exist on Bayernforum.com. I then look for a backup article on other websites. After the Theo Walcott rumor which we discussed earlier, I went to Bayernforum.com to see what else is new.
The latest rumors involve central midfielders, a position for which Bayern has five players (Schweinsteiger, Martinez, Gustavo, Tymoschuk, and Can). Kroos and even Alaba can play there.
The first one is Sebastian Rode, a current Eintracht Frankfurt player who has been critical in Eintracht's strong start to the season. Bayern fans may remember that he scored his first-ever Bundesliga goal against Bayern.

Goal.com also had a transfer rumor about this one, but I can't seem to find it. At the bottom of this link, it states that Leverkusen and Dortmund are also interested in the player.

The second is Kevin-Prince Boateng. Known for his ridiculous strikes, he can play in central midfield or attacking midfield.

Goal.com loves crazy transfer rumors. But, this one is so crazy that they stuck it in their Indonesian section.
While I generally support Bayern's right to reinforce, I do not see where Boateng or Rode would play on this current Bayern squad. The only way this could work is if Rode or Boateng is a replacement for Tymoschuk at the end of the year. Anyone else have any ideas about either Rode or Boateng?
P.S. Three of these links are not in English. I was able to gain a decent understanding of these articles by using the translate function on Chrome.
